Whe I was doing my family tree of Rollisson I copied down several records and have some army records from the 1918 1st World War for Leeds which could be the brothers of your Florence
They both lived in Leeds- one central and the other north east electoral area.
5552c Rollinson Edward - army no. 91628 - a private in the unit RAMC live at Hertford Place. Leeds.
986 LN Rollinson Charles H - army no. 54/252474 - private - in ASC unit - lived at Langsett Terrace - Leeds
You should be able to check the Army enrollment for family details, or should should pick them up on the 1901 survey as children.
Let me know if this is your line, and is your family name definately ROLLINSON and not ROLLISON or ROLLISSON.
