I also a grandson of TWR, through Patrick William Rolleston, his 7th child, who moved to Canada in the early 1930s, and married Alma Howard in 1939. I was born in 1940 and my brother Patrick in 1941. #We moved to England in 1946 and my father dies in 1947. We stayed in England. I eventually returned to Canada and my brother is now living in Ireland. We each have 3 children who have remained on the side of the Atlantic in which they were born.
I am starting to get interested in the Rolleston family tree, and wonder what resources are available. I am certainly interested in the work by Ken Rolston on the history of Rolleston-on-Dove, and hope that I can get into the loop on this and related issues. I would greatly appreciate further information on the earlier history on family origins.
