Just read your post because I had been looking on here to see if I could find the same book. I have been researching my mother's family history and there are so many of her lineage in the book. My Mother's Grandmother was a Rolfe.
(Birdie B. Rolfe) Her Parents were Ianthus Jerome Rolfe and Louisa Jane Mikesell. If there is anyone out there that has any info. @ all of any kind I would be very thankful. And I would love to know how to find the book. Frederick G. Rolfe author of the book passed away in 2006.
