Hope the following helps. [Sorry it is a bit negative]
Firstly where you might access the book yourself. This is on the LDS library catalogue site - Rolfe family records.
[see below]

My observations on the Content [ie does give sources] of the information in the book. I found it lacking in the quality of research and would not rely on the accuracy of the early material.
The Neville-Rolfe section is far more accurate. The Neville-Rolfe family are also to recorded in Mrs V Berrys Book ' The Rolfe family'
6.Nov 2007 I wrote to Wilma on the Hacker Genforum site
....I read Gunther's book years ago and in my terse notes to myself wrote 'very muddled, fanciful and inaccurate - no sources'. Gunther wrote in the era when it was normal to make assumptions without [questioning] any facts- hence he wrote what he hoped, but not from genuine research.
Quote from his book--- 'John was a 28 year old widower who came from a Scandinavian family settled in England before the Conqueror, he came from Norfolk, was well educated, may have attended Cambs university -his ancestral home was Heacham hall- had 2 younger brothers Edward & Henry who both remained in England'........ end of quote.

There in NO truth re a Scandanavian family before the conqueror. Surnames had not been 'invented' they came around 1300 so Rolfe was not a surname before then.

There were Rolfe's who owned Heacham Hall about 100 years after Eustace and John Rolfe [sr] had died. Possibly they might be distantly related to Eustace Rolfe. No Henry Rolfe was recorded at Heacham.
Here is another quote on the web re Gunther when he died aged 94!
A. E. Gunther found rich fulfilment in exploring his own family history, and assembling what he called an ancestral memory' to pass on to coming generations. As a bachelor, this aim applied not only to his brother's descendants but also to his father's heirs in the 'Old Ashmolean', where his contributions to the record of the past and to the work of the present have ensured the continuance of his father's legacy.

London : Hazell, Watson, & Viney, 1914. Family chronicles (section 1.a: The Temple family) / by Lilian Clarke. Wellingborough : Perkins & Co., 1912. [This section 1.a of "Family chronicles" chosen as an appendix to v. 2 of "Rolfe family records," according to note on p. 231 of v. 2].
Family history and genealogical data about the Rolfe family of Heacham Parish in Norfolk County as well as elsewhere in England between about 1516 A.D. and 1962. Vol. 2 was published in 1914 and included a 1912 pamphlet inserted at the end as a supplement. Vol. 1 was to have been written shortly thereafter, but the author died before v. 1 materialized; therefore in 1962 there appeared a combination v. 1 and 3 (bound in 1 volume) containing data antedating and postdating the 1914 volume, and authored by a son of the couple who wrote the earlier volume. Some Rolfe descendants immigrated to the United States, Australia, Scotland, Ireland and elsewhere.
Include indexes (listing Neville-Rolfe as a variant spelling).-Includes Beatty, Chapman, Fawcett, Gunther, Hutchins, Ingleby, Neville, Scott, Sedgeford, Stewart, Temple, Torney, Williamson, Woodford and related families.
