Seeking any information on Jacob Rohrer b.1824 Washington Co, MD and d.1915. He was the son of John and Susanna Poffenberger Rohrer, and the grandson of John and Eve Bower Rohrer. On 6 Jul 1844 he married Mahala Poffenberger b@1818-1824 in Washington Co, MD. Mahala was the daughter of Henry and Mary Ann Lantz Poffenberger, and the granddaughter of Simon S and Sarah Ann Todd Poffenberger Do not know if Jacob and Mahala moved West or remained in the Washington Co, MD area. Cannot find them in any local cemetery records. Did find that his parents (John & Susanna Rohrer) were buried in the Mt Zion Lutheran cemetery, Locust Valley, Washington Co, MD.
