Maria Rohrer, sister of Ursula Steiger, both dau.of Henry (last name unknown)

I have an original photograph of “Maria Rohrer and her family”, which I would like to get back to family members. Additional information written on the photo is that she is “sister of Ursula Steiger (Uncle Henry’s daughter)”, and that “Her youngest son died Nov. 1930”.

The photo is of two adults about age 55, two adults in their 30s, and one is a man in a uniform (which does NOT seem to be a U.S. uniform, leading me to suspect this was taken in Germany), and a boy about 18-22 and a girl about age 10.
I found a Maria Rohrer, age 30, in the 1930 census for Lucas Co., IA, wife of Guy Rohrer. I do NOT know if this is the same Maria Rohrer pictured with her family in the photo.
