Searching for family of Elizabeth Rhorer b. MD (possibly Washington Co., MD) m. Jacob HOOVER. They immigrated through PA and settled in Jessamine Co., KY. Elizabeth d. 1846 and Jacob 1849, either in KY or possibly in Jackson Co., MO. I am descended from their son, Harrison HOOVER who married Sarah SCHOLL, a descendant of Daniel BOONE.

I have been told that Elizabeth Rhorer is a descendant of Samuel ROHRER, son of Hans Michael ROHRER by Don Spidell. However, I have no proof and dates seem to be a little off.
