This is very interesting.

I have a Christopher Rogge who eventually settled in Minnesota. He came with his daughter Else, I don't know if he came with any other children. He did not come with his wife, I assume that she died in Germany. Else was born in 1840 which would certainly make possible a brother born in 1847.

Else was born in Hanover.

Do you have any other information at all?
