This does not appear to be my Rogers line, just trying to help.
The 1900 U. S. census for Dallas Co. TX has her name indexed as Cascillia. The image is a little difficult to read, plus there are several inconsistencies. But by going to familysearch.org (a great, free research site) I was able to put together some information.
Cascilia Rogers was born about 1835 in GA. She had given birth to 6 children with 3 still living. Those 3 surviving children were living with her in 1900, and in the 1880 census for Tyler, Smith Co. TX. (She was a widow in 1880.) The children are: Ida Flora Saylor, b. IN; Millard Fillmore Saylor, b. TX and Hattie Valori Saylor, b. TX.
The death certificates for all three can be found at the familysearch site, Texas Deaths 1890-1976. None of the 3 ever married and all are buried in Oak Cliff Cemetery, Dallas Co. TX, (also seen as Old Oak Cliff Cemetery). Their death certificates show their father as Wm Saylor, and their mother as Lowery. On one certificate Wmís birth place is shown as Massachusetts.
Findagrave.com has burial information for Ida Flora and for Millard Fillmore Saylor. Hattieís d.c. shows she is buried there, but there is no findagrave entry for her, that I could find.
I did not find a death certificate for their mother. Even though the years covered are 1890-1976, I find that many from the earlier years apparently were not filed.
Here is a link to the obituary for Ida Flora Saylor. There isnít much genealogy information, but itís a great story of a life well lived.
