I did not find Frank and Sarah Rogers after the 1900 Nevada Co. AR census, which you seem to have. However,I think I have found a little information through at least one son.
Here is a link to a great site that has Texas Death Certificate images for 1890-1976:
http://search.labs.familysearch.org/recordsearch/start.html#p=0http://search.labs.familysearch.org/recordsearch/start.html#p=0
Click on Browse then scroll down to the Texas Deaths 1890-1976. Click on the image to the left of the name.I found this entry:
Lazarus Walter Rogers, b. 14 Aug 1884 in Cale, AR. (Cale is in Nevada Co.)
He died 26 October 1967.His father’s name is shown as Franklin Rogers, and his mother as Sarah Holleman.
He is buried in Wortham Cemetery, Freestone Co. TX.The Findagrave site has a photo of his tombstone.
Findagrave also has a tombstone photo for Thomas L. Rogers, b. 1886, d. 1981, in Hempstead County AR.I think this might be the Thomas L. Rogers shown in the 1900 census as born August 1886.
At the same link I provided above you can find 1850 census records.I put in the name Franklin Rogers, b. 1846 in Georgia, and only one name came up.This might be your family:
1850 Jackson Co. GA.All were born in GA.
John Rogers, age 60
Sarah, 47
John W., 11
James T., 9
Franklin J, 3.
In 1860 Sarah was widowed and the family was still in Jackson Co. GA, although James is shown as James F. in that census.I did not find them in 1870.
This is not my Rogers line.I am just trying to help.
