Earlier Deeds in Monroe Co. TN, and Ocoee Dist. show these Rogers and the Baty ( various spellings ) are shown as well. Joseph Rogers is much earlier than yours however, and we know that the Benjamin the Immigrant Rogers line is also in vacinity of Monroe Co. TN, and Blount Co. TN. :

OCOEE DIST. Early Land Entries have these Rogers listed but the deeds are
later in 1839 & 1841- 42 etc. ;
