I have William Roger and Agnes Cruickshank getting married in 1743 in Kennethmont.
They had a son called David Roger who married Barbara Anderson in 1781 in Rhynnie and Essie.
They had a son called Peter Roger who was christened in kennethmont in 1795 he married Margaret Green. They had 4 children William b. 1819, Jane b.1821, Barbara b. 1824 and John b.1830.
I have come across a long line of William Roger where each son was called William. This was about 50 miles south of Kennethmont but i can't find a connection. Hope this is helpfull
