I am looking for any information on Eva Roeder who married Johann/John Greiner/Griner in Dubuque, Iowa in November 1873. This was John's second marriage; his first was Maria Pott. John and Maria were from Fershweiler, Germany and married there. John died in Dubuque March 10, 1887. John and Eva had two children: Nikolaus and Barbara (who died at age 2). After John's death Eva and her son, Nic, moved to Rock Valley, Iowa. I have been searching for Eva's parents names for over 20 years! Just yesterday I found out she had a sister - Margaret (Mararetha) who married Petrus Kohl 4-26-1866 in Prussia. I know that between 1905-1912 she lived in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. I can't find them in the census records. I've searched from 1880-1920. The sisters have two known brothers: John and Peter. Any leads are GREATLY appreciated!!!
