Hi,
My connection to Rodkey is through Curney's sister Ella Jane Rodkey Carr.
Ella Jane's father was William H. Rodkey b. 22 July 1844 in Frankstown, Blair Co. PA. d. April 19, 1924 in Leavenworth Co.Ks, probably Tonganoxie and buried Hubbel Cemetery Tonganoixe, Ks.
Her mother was Susan Jane McKeehan b.28 Dec. 1858 Frankstown, Blair Co. PA, married William H. Rodkey 21 Apr 1872 Leavenworth Co.Ks. William was 24 and Susan Jane McKeehan age 14 by Rev Era Hubbel Book 3 page 270.
According to Leavenworth Co. History published 1990 Susan Jane came with her parents James and Catherine McKeehan in 1867. The McKeehan gave land for Cemetery and named it Hubbel after the death of a child named Hubbel.
Also information that Minnie Rodkey b.23 June 1875 KS d. 22 Apr. 1955, married John Bateson 25 Feb. 1890 in Tonganoxie, Leavenworth Co. KS
