I cannot absolutely prove it, but I think that Wright was the son of William RODEN, Jr. who was living next door to Wright in the 1850 census and seems to have died that decade in Winston County.I have found no wife for William Jr., not even a first name.He was the son of William and Margaret (probably MAYFIELD but possibly MOORE) of Chester County, SC and William Sr. was the son of Thomas RODEN and Mary of Chester County.
