Hi Rocketts:
I am searching the history of my house, 2013 Spring Garden, Philadelphia.
A Thomas T. Rockett purchased it from Katie F. Parsons in Sept 1925, and his sons (I assume, or brothers) Tasker, Wallace and Charles, as executors, sold it in Jan. 1940.
I understand that Thomas Rockett also lived at 2002 Spring Garden St. during those years, and apparently owned many buildings in this area.
If any of you are relatives, and have any information you'd care to share, I'd be much obliged. And, I'd be happy to send copies of the deed recordings for both the 1925 purchase and the 1940 sale if you'd like.
