I have collected some information regarding a Sarah McCARTNEY, b.ca.1842 Lewis Co VA/WV poss m.18 Sep 1860 Upshur Co VA/WV to John N. ROBY/ROBEY b.ca.1835 Lewis Co VA/WV.

This John N. ROBY/ROBEY being the son of Hezekiah [1811-1909] and Margaret [1811-?] CUNNINGHAM.

Children of John N. and spouse are recorded as:
George Lee
Henry H[ezekiah]
Margaret Jane
Lydia A.
Laura
Henrietta
Videlia [died young]
John A.
William James
Louise
Willsie[f] [died young]

This is not my line. I have recorded this data to give me an overview of ROBY/ROBEY migration, so I have not verified it. Hopefully, it will help guide someone in their research.
