There are some Roby's in Marion Co.,Ky.My
Great-Grandmother was a Mildred A. Roby born in 1839 and married John C. Taylor b.1830. They are buried in Holy Cross Cemetary in Holy Cross,Ky.Might try Washington and Nelson Co.'s Since Marion Co. wasn't established until around 1834.I hope to find more on the Roby's later on.Hope this will help.
