Raymond E. Robichaud Jr., 59, of Nashua, passed away on Tuesday January 26, 2010 at Southern NH Medical Center.

Ray was born in Nashua on April 2, 1950 a son of Raymond E. Robichaud Sr. of Nashua and the late Elizabeth (Carter) Robichaud.

Ray was a lifelong Nashua resident and he was educated in local schools. He was a graduate of New England Institute in Boston. Ray had been a licensed funeral director for seventeen years, working for the Zis-Sweeney Funeral Home. For the past eleven years, he had been employed by Southern NH Medical Center as a security guard. He was a US Army veteran serving from 1969 to 1972. Ray was a communicant of St. Patrick Church.

Besides his father, Ray is survived by his stepmother, Phyllis Robichaud of Nashua; one son, Eric Robichaud of Nashua; one daughter, Dawn Brown of Nashua; a granddaughter, Marissa Brown; his companion, Maryann Regis of Nashua; also several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

SERVICES: Visiting hours will be held on Sunday January 31, 2010 from 2 to 6 PM in the ANCTIL-ROCHETTE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 21 Kinsley St., Nashua. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday February 1, 2010 in St. Patrick Church, 29 Spring St., Nashua at 10:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the National Kidney Foundation, 30 East 33rd St., New York, NY 10016.
