Hi Linda!

Looks like this Jacob Robinson could be the son of William Robinson and Charity Kennedy. William is the son of Jacob Robinson of Caswell County, North Carolina.

This family lived in Henrico County, Virginia and gradually migrated south to North Carolina where some went to Kentucky, Tennessee and other points south.

Samuel Robertson who married Elizabeth Harris is my ancestor and the brother of William Robinson. My brother and a descendant of William are exact dna matches at 37 markers.
