I am seeking information on Lavinia (or Lavina) Roberts Crawford (Crafford). A maiden name or even confirmation of where/when she was born would be good too. We have census that say Missouri, but another says Kentucky.
She was married to Johnathon E. Roberts and they had four children: Martha (B. 1826), Josiah L. (b 1831), Sarah F. (b 1833) and William J. (b 1835).
Lavina then went on to marry Robert Crawford (Crafford). Another member puts the date of 1843 on this marriage. They had three children. Amanda M. (1839-1900), Henry Stanton (sometimes shown as Henry Stanton P) (1846-1886) and Robert L. (1851-?)
We do know that in the 1850 census, Lavinia and Robert were living in Tipton Co with their kids and all her Roberts children.
In 1860, Lavinia, Henry and Robert L. are living in Tipton in the household of a Price family. It appears that Sarah F. Roberts married a Price, so Lavinia and her two younger children moved in with them. We do no know where her husband Robert was, or where Amanda was at that time.
