My great-great grandfather was Daniel R. Roberson, born 1826 near Spartanburg, SC. His family moved to Alabama soon after he was born. His son, Benjamin Franklin Roberson was born near Vernon, AL on 06-July-1856. His son, John Daniel Robertson (note the spelling change), born 12-Apr-1887 was my grandfather. Anyone have any more info on Daniel R. Roberson? That is as far back as I can go.
