Possibly your Henry Roberson could fit in with my link. Unfortunately there are a few holes in my research and I have not worked on this branch in quite some time, but there are similarities. Here is what I have:
1. Michael Thomas ROBERSON. Michael Thomas died in Bladen County, NC, in 1807; he was 47. Born abt 1760.
Roberson, Robinson, Robertson
Son James siblingsí names are not proven, but an attempt to put together possibilites from Tax Lists, Census Records.
1812 Tax List for Giles County, TN: #0645 JAS ROBERTSON; #0647 BAZEL ROBERTSON; #0648 WM. ROBERTSON. Last name was listed as Robertson, Roberson. James and William are also on the 1809 Elk River Intruder List. An Intruder is one who settled on Indian Land (Cheerokee & Chickasaw) prior to the Chickasaw Treaty of 1816 and had to be removed.
According to the file numbers #0645, #0647, and #0648 for the Roberson brothers the group may have been in Capt. Thomas K. Gordonís party and most probably they resided in the Brick Church, Elk Ridge Church, and Robertsonís Fork area of Giles County.

3 ii. Henry (~1777-)
4 iii. Jonathan (~1779-)
5 iv. Josiah (~1780-)

7 vi. William (~1784-)
2. James ROBERSON. Born abt 1775 in Possibly Bladen County, NC. James died in Giles County, TN without leaving a will., in 1815; he was 40.
James Roberson traveled to the Mississippi Territory about 1811 along with one brother, Jonathan, and about a year after his brother Henry. They were in Bladen County, NC in the 1790's with their father Michael Thomas Roberson.
James died probably in August of 1815. Giles County, Tennessee Court records for the September Term 1815, Case #485, The court ordered that Letters of Administration of the Estate of James Robertson, deceased, issue to Martha Roberson and Richard Darby, they having been qualified and given bond and security according to law.
The court ordered that the perishable part of the Estate be sold and to allot a sufficient portion of the Estate of said James Robertson for the maintenence of Martha and her family for one year from the time James Robertson departed this life.
