I didn't read all your responses, put I put the word "Charlemagne" in the search area and did not come up with anything; so I guess no one has submitted this information.I am not researching this family, just entering information from one of my books, "Pedigrees of Some of the Emperor Charlemagne's Descendants" Vol. III, 1978, by J. Orton Buck and Timothy Field Beard:
"Mary Horn Roberdeau, b. at Philadelphia, Pa., 6 May 1774, d. at Alexandria, VA., 31 Oct 1805; m. at Alexandria VA., 14 Nov. 1793, Thomas M. Patten, b. at Roxbury, Mass., 22 July 1769, d. at Monroe, La., 6 Feb. 1820."
Daughter of "Daniel Roberdeau, b. at St. Christopher, B.W.I., 1727, d. at Winchester, VA., 5 Jan 1795; m. 3 Oct 1761, Mary Bostwick, b. 1741, d. 15 Feb 1777."
Son of "Mary Cunyingham, b. at Cayon, St. Christopher (St. Kitts), B.W.I., 4 Apr. 1699, d. 13 Mar. 1771; m. at St. Christopher, B.W.I., ca 1723, Isaac Roberdeau, b. at Rochelle, France, d. ante 1743, St. Christopher, B.W.I."
The line goes back through Cunningham, Livingston, Erskine, Douglas, Stewart, Beaufort, John of Gaunt, Edward III of England, and on back to Charlemagne.
