Looking to find descendants of John Henry Rote b. July 20, 1855 and died Mar 25, 1918. He is buried in Lewisburg Cem, Union Co. Pa. His parents were Joseph Rote and Sarah Ann Sweitzer. He married Mary M. VanDine. Mary was born Aug. 17, 1855 and died May 25, 1906 and is also buried in Lewisburg Cem.
John and Mary's children are:
Jennie Rote b. Feb. 8, 1880 d. June 1934 (my great grandmother)
Laura Rote b. 1881
Gertrude F. Rote b. 1888 d. 1937 m. Frank Emerick Smith
Erland S. Rote b. 1886 d. 1950 m. Rose Slayer
Mae B. Rote b. 1889
Helen E. Rote b. 1898.
