I do have an original copy of Timothy's will. I will gladly mail it to you. I need you to e-mail me your address.
I do think you are correct about your William being the son of Timothy. From all my digging, I go back to Jesse, William's brother. My group is the one that went to Indiana. William Riley and Catherine Osborne married in IN April 17 1842. I know they both died there too. They named a son William Riley also, he married Nancy Emily Fulk. They also lived in Indiana. Their son Elias Byrd Roark was born in Indiana but moved to Arkansas. Byrd died March 26, 1958. He is buried in Lewis Cemetery, near Hickory Ridge, AR. I will look around a little closer to see if there are any others there I'm not aware of. Of course alot from Byrd's line are there. I don't know if any of his brothers or sisters are. I do think James Fletcher Roark went to TX. I haven't really searched this out but I have a copy of a tombstone of Ola M. Roark 1855-1965 and I think it may be his wife.
I hope I haven't confused you with my ramblings. I sometimes have to stop and look back at my copies.
