I've been busy listing the roarks from Ashe co., North carolina onto my website. My condolences for the passing of your father. I've stillgot about thirty or forty more pages to type in fromthe mahala's, roarks, sluders, osborne, and a few other lines that are married into it. these family line is thru my mothers side of the family. and these roarks are i believe 3rd or fourth cousins . your welcome to come visit my website at anytime, everyone here is also welcome to come visit, just send me a e-mail with a good e-mail address and I will send you a invite to my website located on myfamily.com, then check my family tree file listed under stratemeyer. I use family tree maker to update the failes once a year and to merge double files, which by all the itnermarriages throught out the roarks, there are alot of fdouble entrys which willbe merged together when i get finish typing ina ll the information i have stillto type in.
