        iii.       John Roark b. 1784 in S.C.
               mar. Elizabeth Brock

        iv.       Jesse Roark b. 18 Oct 1783 in S.C. he mar.about 1804 to Nancy Ann MORRIS b 18 Dec 1784 in S.C. d. 14 Sep 1854
                                   
         v.       David "Tuckhoe" ROARK was born abt.1788 in S.C. he mar. 14 Jun 1814 in Claiborne Co., TN to Elizabeth Miller (this is my family line)
                                   
         vi.       Lucinda Roark b 1790 in S.C.
                                   
         vii.       Nancy Roark b 1792 in S.C. mar. Jesse Vaughn

Info on Barnabus "Barney" Roark
Barney Roark & Hugh Roark appeared in the 1790 census Greenville Co., SC.
Barney/Barnabus did not appear 1800 census-only Hugh Roark.
Barnabus did not appear in Greenvile Dist. deed books A thru F abstracted by Bruce Pruitt.
I never found a connection between Barney/Barnabus & Hugh Roark.
Hugh died 1824. See his will posted on the Greenville Co. web page & Roark vs Roark.
Barnaby Roark had warrant & survey on Salulda Riv., Greenville Dist. 1787. South of Richard Goode & east of John Waldrop's 1793 survey.
I have guessed that his wife was Christian.
..summons (included) Christian Roark.. to appear 5 day of July next.. 1798. Mrs. Christian Roark has proven three days attendance on the within suponena ticket. (State of SC vs David Jones, Greenville Co.)
Christin [sic] Roark's land mentioned in DB D:391, d 15 Feb 1797, when John Dyche of Pendletton Dist. sold Josiah N. Kennedy land in Greenville (DB D: 381, r 31 May 1797)

DB O:37. 26 Jun 1824. Tucker Woodson sold this same land to his son Murry Woodson. S/ Tucker Woodson. Wit: Ezekiel Vinson, Jacob Roberts. r 1 Nov 1824."

Wit: John Jenkins, James Collicott. r 22 Aug 1811.
