Connie: A few years ago, I was in salt lake
city, utah, where i found a reference to
an english estate owned (i think) by
charles roane's father. Do you know of it
and where in england it is? is it still
owned by the roanes there. Where did the
English Roanes come from - I am assuming
Norway - there is a section of middle
norway called Roan.
