It's been a while since your post- hope you get this. I'm wondering if anyone has documented information on whether or not ROANE and RONE are the same folks- different spellings. My Rone ancestor are from NC, too, and the brick wall starts there about 1799. My Rone's also came to MS mid-1800's. Thanks for any insight.
