ok did some digging and got some facts....Victor left England?wales with his uncle and went to Barbadoes where his uncle lived, it is believe he did this at an early age, and over time when a young man or early teen, he stowed away on a shipafter an arguement, that wrecked off Wellsleyville, Nfld, and he floated a shore on a beer keg....but i have no idea who his uncle was , he had a molasses plantaion, and possible he brought victor there to live and work with him? anyone who can connect who be great....his parents would have stayed in Englad/or wales but i can find no birth to place him with parents.....
