Cicero M. Gayton/Guyton's mother was Annie ROACH Gayton/Guyton born in S.C. June 13, 1880, his father was John T. Gayton born in Miss.

Annie Roach Gayton lived near Lafayette, Walker Co. GA

She wrote on stationary that had at the top:
J.T. Gayton, Blacksmith, Custom Work A Specialty, Lafayette GA, RFD 4 March 10, 1908
Said she lived 5 miles south of Westminster SC in 1882. My parents was residing near Westminster in 1834-1835. I do not know why they was not enrolled in 1851.


I claim through my father Henry ROACH and through his mother Elizabeth Roach nee COX and through her mother Sallie Cox who was a Lathem (?) before marriage.
Annie Roach's parents were: Henry Roach and Martha WILLBANKS Roach born in SC

Jim Roach and Elizabeth Roach nee COX children:
Henry Roach Walker Co GA
Baxter Roach SC
Miles Roach AL
John Roach AL
