Hello,

I am looking for information regarding my g.g.grandfather, Richard Rix, born about 1813 in Norwich. He married Mary Ann Blogg on November 11, 1842 in Foxley, Norfolk.

On his Marriage Certificate he states his father's name as John Neale, farmer. He remarried later in life and his second marriage certificate says the same thing.

I have two questions:
1. Would the marriage certificate give the name of the biological father or could it show the name of an adoptive father?

2. Are the Norwich parish records published by anyone in any format?

If anyone has any information on this Richard Rix, it would be greatly appreciated.
