The parents of Nathaniel RIX (1753-1828) were Nathaniel Rix and Mary Peters, daughter of Seaborn Peters.

Nathaniel was the fifth generation who lived in North America. The family line goes as follows:

1 Thomas - b. England, was in Salem before 1649.
2 James
3 James
4 Nathaniel
5 Nathaniel
