I am trying to help my friend find her biological father. His name is/was Neftale Rivera of Brooklyn, NY.
My friend's name is Shannon and she was born in 1979.
Neftale was dating her mom, Carole, at the time, but their relationship ended while Shannon was still a baby.
Shannon would like to meet him and also know about her Rivera family history and medical history.
