My Ritts line goes back to Christian Ritts (Ritz) who died in Clarion Co., PA in 1856. He had 7 children that I know of but none were named Catherine. He may have had a first wife named Catherine when he lived in Berks Co., PA. There were several Ritts families in Clarion Co. in the early 1800's and I have not been able to tie them all together. Have you had any luck in finding out more on your Catherine?
