I have a story involving my Williamson's, my paternal family line and their harrowning escape from the Indians on the war path in Virginia in 1775/1776. The fleeing wagon train carried the following families John Garner, Thomas Hunsucker, John Ritter, Enoch Sheilds Bill Whitley and my line William Williamson. They arrived safely at Grassey Creek, North Carolina, located today in Moore County, NC
Will be glad share. Phillip Thomas ptango@aol.com
