Need parents of Philip Riter b 1832 in VT, Pa, or NY, d 1887 in Ar. He married first Martha Jane ? (possibly Billings) and had 3 sons, James, Peter, John and Phebe Jane. Married 2nd Phebe Billings b 1834 Pa, d 1918 Ar. They lived in Mason Co. Mi before moving to Ar in 1887. Their children born in Mi were Sarah & Mary (twins), Emma, Lorenzo, Edwin and Nellie.
