Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) records reference Mathias Ripsom killed in the battle of Oriskany.I have also included a reference to records of the State of New York (below).

I have been able to trace the Ripsom family line from Mathias, the first Ripsom to arrive in the US (from Holland), for 10 generations to my children. I would love to hear from you to exchange information that you/I may have available.
