Jeanne, as you have noted, Josiah's son Seaman probably married Theresa. Theresa's 1850 enumeration with son "Seman," b. 1843 NY, seems to support this. Seaman Jr. appears to have married Minerva CRIST. See http://www.geocities.com/heartland/acres/2234/crist/biography/crb002.html. Seaman and Minerva died without surviving children.
