Hi Carol! I wonder could you tell me more about the Harriet Ring mentioned in the above message? The reason that I ask is I have a Sarah Ring, age 62, living with my gggrandparents, John and Harriet McKinney, in the 1870 US Census of Hamilton township, Jackson county Indiana. My gggrandmother Harriet's maiden name is thought to have been Whitehorn but this has never been proven. I wonder if she could have actually been a Ring and I wonder if this Sarah Ring could have been her mother. I also wonder if she could possibly be the Harriet Ring that is mentioned in your message. What do you think?

Carlyon Sue McKinney
