I, Joshua Rine of the village of New Alexander, Township of Cross Creek, County of Jefferson and State of Ohio do make and publish this my last will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made –
And first – I direct that my body be decently interred, and that my funeral be conducted in a manner corresponding with my Estate and Situation in life; And as, to such worldly estate as it hath pleased God to Intrust me with or any estate real or personal that I may become proposed of hereafter either by purchase, gift or inheritance, I dispose of the same as follows
First – I direct that all my debts and funeral expenses which is to include respectable tombstones, be paid as soon after my decease as possible, out of the first moneys that shall come into the hands of my executor from any portions of my estate –
I do hereby give and bequeath to my wife Sarah Rine all my Real Estate, wherever the same may be situated and also all my personal property of any and every description, kind, and nature whatsoever that I now have, or that I may in any way hereafter have or own, to keep, sell or dispose of both said real and personnel property as she may choose, wish or desire – I do hereby make, ordain, constitute and appoint John Moore Esq. (ex sheriff) Executor of this my last will and Testament, In witness whereof I, Joshua Rine, the testator to this my will written on one sheet of paper have set my hand and seal this Fourteenth day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy one –

Signed, Sealed, Published and declared by the above named Joshua Rine as and for his last will and testament, in the presence of us, we have here unto subscribed our names as witness thereto in the presence of the said testator and in the presence of each other –
