Searching for parents/siblings of Francis Marion Riley b. Sep 1826, died after 1900. Married Elizabeth Jarboe In Hawesville, KY 5 Sep 1869. Children: Bina P. b.Aug 1867, Samuel b. Aug 1869, Thomas b. Dec 1879, Susan H. Dec 1881, Emma E. Feb 1883, Lida T. dec 1886, & Benedict 'Bud' b. abt 1870. All of the children were raised in Hancock County, KY. I am dsecended from Benedict and his wife, Mary Blair m. 4 Aig 1885. their children: Thomas 1879, Susie 1881, Lee 1883, Francis 30 jun 1889, Bessie 1891. The ages don't make sense, but the 1st three are older than francis. I used a census to locate the dates. The marriege is filed in the Hancock Co. Courthouse. I am descended from Francis riley and his 1st wife Minnie Jackson m. 12 Jun 1912, Cannelton, Perry, IN. They had one child, Mary Barbara Riley b. 9 Jun 1915 in Cannelton. Minnie died 27 Feb 1916 in Troy Twp, Cannelton, Perry, IN. Francis later re-married and had 2 children. I am descended from Mary Barbara, who was raised by her aunt and uncle, Crawford and Anna Jackson Bolin in Cannelton. She married George william Powers (2 boys- Crawford William & George Glenward. I am descended from Crawford) 25 Dec 1931 in Cannelton under the name Mary Barbara Bolin and edward Schraner 1 Jun 1957 (no Children).
