Howdy Karen
Ancestry.com has this card indexed as "Warley", but the
signature fairly clearly starts with an "N". So I'm fairly
sure this is your Narley.
The card doesn't give a lot of additional information. His
home address is listed as Carter City, Carter Co. His
occupation is laborer at Solvay Coke (?) Co in Portsmouth
Ohio. [I think that's what it says.] His nearest relative
is "Cynie" Rigsby, who must be his mother Sina.
I'm pretty sure your Narley is this Manorlis:

Manorlis had two children that I know of: Clyde and Ella J.
I haven't found the name of his wife. She appears to have
died right before the 1910 census. Do you know her name?
Let me know if you want a copy of the draft registration
card. Also, I'd appreciate anything you could tell me on
your descent from Narley. Could you email me privately with
your information? [I don't like to have information on
living people posted here on the forum.]
Ken
