I am not sure if our families are related, but I am a Rigney in Illinois. My father and me and my siblings are the only Rigney's that are around now. My great grandparents lived in Peoria, but from the stories I have heard they moved quite a bit. My grandmother is alive so any questions you might have I can ask her, but I will tell you she does not remember much.
