Hi Jim,
The Riggleman book by Lewis Yankey has two entries for Isaac Riggleman.Don't know if either of them are yours:
1.Isaac Riggleman son of Jacob Riggleman and his second wife Margaret Champ was born in 1870.He married Kate Aronhalt.Kate was a sister of Lucinda Aronhold who married Isaac's brother Abraham Lincoln Riggleman.Isaac was working on the railroad and was run over by a train and killed soon after his mother's death. He is buried with his mother in Dueling Church cemetery near New Creek, WV.At the time of his death, Isaac had 2 small daughters. No further information.
2.Isaac Riggleman, son of Henry and Susan Kessner was born Dec 23 1846, died Aug 25 1920.Buried in the Mallow Cemetery on the Jim Dyer property in the Kline area of Pendleton Co.He married Dedama Kessner. She was born Oct 17, 1863 and died Jan 29, 1937.She is buried with her husband.Three children: Shereidan A Riggleman (1886-1967), Seymour Riggleman (1881-1969) and Jennie Riggleman.
If either one of these is your Isaac, let me know and I'll give you the info back to John.
