Anyone who has access to Immigrants to America, 1600's-1800's

I want to check the list of Immigrants coming into Virgina during the 1600's for William O'Rigin/Rigin/Riggin/Riggins. I can't seem to find anything online on him. I suspect that he came to America from Ireland but can't find out who his parents are to find out rather he did or if he was born in Virgina. I know that his children were all born in the Lancaster area in Virginia in the late 1600's and early 1700's.
If there's anyone that has the subscription for this area, could you please check for me.
Thankyou for your time!

Ann "Riggins" Courtney
