I hope someone can help. My Riehle branch seems to have completely broken off the tree. My grandfather's name was Edward Charles Riehle and he died in the mid-1980's. I can't even find him in the SS death index. He had a brother named Richard, also deceased. Their father's name was also Edward Charles Riehle, and he died around 1963. My dad believes Edward Sr. was not born in the U.S. because he had an accent. My dad also remembers Edward Sr. having a sister they called "Aunt Mame" in Indiana, possibly Fort Wayne. Our family lives in Michigan, but I think we came from Indiana or Ohio. My father, his father, and his grandfather all worked for the railroad. I think my great-grandfather had siblings named Rose, Rupert, John or James, and Harriet. If anyone recognizes any of these names, I would be greatful for any information.
