Hello. My name is Elsie...Used to be Elsie Riehl. My great grandfather 7times was Ludwig Riehl.and I have the book they wrote about him,Across the Ocean Blue. They sell it @ the Local Amish bookstore here,in Gordonville,Pa..I've always wondered how many more people where out there looking for the bigger picture as well.In the book it tells of Ludwigs life as a boy slave and after he was a grown man,and the generations after him..But I'm wondering does anyone have anything from when he lived in Germany, and his brothers and sisters...The amish have what they call a fisher Book and it keeps track of every name for Ludwigs children ,then some of the ones that broke away fromthe amish may not be listed....I've come to wonder what some of the Riehl trates really are...Esmucker@comcast.net.....Elsie
