Hi,

I have a little information on a Riding family living with a Bradshaw family living in Clayton-le-Moors, Lancashire in the 1881 census, as yet I have not linked this family to my own.

I'm presuming your Bradshaw Ridings are named that way from a mother's maiden name.

This family is a female Riding marrying a male Bradshaw, so will probably not prove to be helpful to you.

Let me know if you think there maybe a connection with your family and I will gladly share this information.
